Returns & Refunds
At WATCHINGON, we aim to resolve all matters fairly and efficiently. Please read the information below carefully.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Change of Mind)

Our money-back guarantee lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
If you change your mind within 14 days, you may request a return and refund provided that:

  • The item is unused and in good physical condition

  • All accessories are included (and original packaging where possible)

  • You contact us first to receive return instructions

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility (international return shipping can be expensive).

Damaged / Faulty / Not Working

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not working, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the outer packaging and the product, and/or

  • A short video showing the issue

Once confirmed, we will offer the most reasonable solution depending on the case:

  • Replacement shipment, or

  • Partial refund, or

  • Full refund

If a return is required for a confirmed faulty item, WATCHINGON may cover reasonable return shipping costs, subject to our instructions and proof of postage.

Refunds Without a Return

In some cases (especially for international orders), we may issue a refund without requiring a return, and you may be asked to keep or safely dispose of the item. This is determined case-by-case.

Not Eligible for a Refund/Return

Refunds/returns may be refused if:

  • More than 14 days have passed for change-of-mind requests

  • The product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, modification, or improper handling

  • The issue was clearly disclosed prior to purchase

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed after approval/inspection.

  • Once approved, funds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank/PayPal statement

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider (processing can take time)

  3. If still missing, email us at mbc_zion1013@naver.com with your order number.
